Are there any age restrictions?

Yes. You need to be 18+ to attend on your own. If you are under 18 you must be accompanied by an adult 21 or over. Each adult can only accompany a maximum of 4 under 18s.

Is there parking on site?

No. For the festival our car park will be taken up with stalls and some parking for the bands and others involved in the day. We recommend you use public transport (info below).

On Sunday 24th there will also be some parking adjacent to our space for people taking part in the UK Vert Series competition, but again, for anyone coming to enjoy the day we recommend public transport.

How do I get there?

Bus numbers 30, 44, 45 and 49 run along Newport Road and pass us (the stop to get off at is Ipswich Road by McDonalds). We are on Rhymney River Bridge Road, opposite the side of Home Bargains, to the right of Discount Tyres.

What happens if it rains?

The show will go on, bring a raincoat! We will move the music inside to the skatepark. All the stalls will remain outside.

Will there be food and drink that caters to specific dietary requirements?

We are doing our best to make sure there will be something suitable for everyone. There will definitely be vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. We will be advertising the food vendors closer to the event.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

You can bring water, and there will be a tap onsite where you can refill. No other drinks (other than baby milk/formula) will be allowed.

You may also bring food for small children and babies or if you have serious food allergies or dietary restrictions. We ask that the majority of people support the on-site food vendors who will have worked hard to prepare food for the day.

Is the skatepark open as normal during the festival?

Yes, the indoor skatepark will be open on both days. On Saturday 23rd you must purchase a skatepark add-on ticket, as well as your main festival entry ticket to access the skatepark. The add-on ticket costs £8 and the skatepark will be open all day on the Saturday.

On the Sunday you don’t need a main festival ticket to enter the site and the skatepark is open as usual.

The outside vert ramp will be closed on Saturday and will be used for the UK Vert Series on the Sunday.

If you buy a skatepark add-on pass and it rains (meaning we move the bands inside on Saturday) you will receive a refund for your skatepark pass back to your card within 12 days of the event.

Do I need to book separately for the Sauna?

If you want to guarantee your spot then yes. There will very likely be walk-in spaces available on the day. If you want to book an hour's private use for you and up to 8 people then booking is recommended.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes. We are dog friendly. However, please be aware that there will be lots of people, including children, and loud noises so it’s not the environment most dogs feel comfortable in. If you choose to bring your dog you must clean up after it and keep it on a lead and under control.

What is your refunds policy?

We will only issue refunds if the event is cancelled. You can see full terms and conditions on our website before buying a ticket.

Can I gift my ticket to someone else or sell it if I can’t make it?

Yes. They will need to bring the email confirmation with them to get entry.
