Spitstock Festival 2025 – Ticket Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and use of tickets for Spitstock, a two-day festival taking place on 23-24/7/25 at Spit & Sawdust, Cardiff. By purchasing a ticket and attending the Event, you agree to abide by these Terms, as well as any rules or instructions issued by the organisers.
Ticket Sales and cancellation
Tickets are available to purchase at www.spitandsawdust.co.uk
Tickets are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to: poor weather, changes in performance line-up, delays, or personal circumstances preventing attendance.
In the unlikely event of the Festival being cancelled by the organisers, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price paid. However, no compensation will be offered for any other losses or expenses incurred as a result of such cancellation, including travel, accommodation, or other related costs.
In the event of bad weather the skatepark add-on tickets may be cancelled and a full refund given.
If you are unable to attend you may gift or re-sell your ticket to another individual. They must bring the email confirmation with them to gain entry.
Entry & Conduct
Entry is only granted upon presentation of a valid email confirmation, which will be exchanged for a wristband upon entry. Once exchanged, lost or stolen wristbands cannot be replaced and the original ticket will be invalid.
By attending Spitstock Festival, you agree to respect the rights of other attendees, staff, and performers. Abusive, disruptive, or illegal behaviour may result in removal from the event without a refund or re-entry and may involve the authorities.
The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed antisocial or non-compliant with event policies.
Emergency procedures and instructions must be followed at all times.
The following items are prohibited and may be confiscated: illegal substances, weapons of any kind, glass bottles, fireworks, flares, drones, and any item deemed dangerous or disruptive by security staff. Alcohol may not be brought into the Venue. Licensed bars will be available on site.
You may be searched as a condition of entry. Refusal may result in denied entry without refund.
Age Restrictions and ID
No one under the age of 18 will be allowed to attend unless accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over. The accompanying adult must be in the company of no more than 4 minors under the age of 18 at any time during the event. Additional age restrictions will apply to certain activities within the festival.
We reserve the right to ask for valid identification at the festival confirm the age of any attendee. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in entry being denied without refund.
Liability
The venue and organisers of Spitstock Festival will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or theft occurring as a result of attending the event, either before, during or after the event. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and actions while attending the Festival.
By attending the Festival, you acknowledge and accept that you are participating in an event that involves certain risks, including but not limited to crowd-related incidents, noise exposure, weather-related risks, and potential for personal injury. You agree to participate at your own risk and waive any claims against the organisers, venue, and associated parties in relation to such risks.
Line-up & Schedule Changes
The organisers reserve the right to alter the event’s schedule, lineup, and venue without prior notice. These changes will not entitle ticket holders to a refund unless the entire event is cancelled. We will do our best to notify ticket holders of any significant changes via the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
Privacy & Data Protection
By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the organisers collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes of event administration and communication and promotion of future events and activity at the venue.
We will handle your data in accordance with UK data protection laws (GDPR).
Event Filming & Photography
By entering the Venue, you consent to being filmed, recorded, or photographed for promotional purposes by the Organisers or authorised media.
Personal photography and filming are permitted, provided it does not disrupt others or breach copyright restrictions.
Force Majeure
The organisers will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of their obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, natural disaster, pandemic, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, terrorism, or any other event outside the organisers' control ("Force Majeure Event"). In the event of a Force Majeure Event, the organisers will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event or offer alternative solutions, but there will be no entitlement to a refund for any ticket or related costs unless the event is cancelled as a direct result of the Force Majeure Event.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

By purchasing a ticket to Spitstock Festival 2025, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
