We are stoked to announce the arrival of Hot2Cold sauna at Spit & Sawdust. They have moved from their location at Penarth Seafront to our little slice of heaven on an industrial estate just off Newport Road! … sounds mad, but let us assure you it is a little slice of heaven. With our huge, sun-trap of a beer ‘yarden’, vertical wizadry to amaze you on those long summer evenings, the finest food, great bar and warmest welcome - we really are Cardiff’s best kept secret and with our new buddies offering a wood barrel sauna & plunge pool in a unique location, things have got even better.
